Bezos Academy
Located within Everett Station, Bezos Academy is a tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschool serving up to 60 students. The school follows a full-day, year-round schedule for children aged 3-4 from families earning up to 400% of the federal poverty limit. Learn more
Carl Gipson Center
Located on the northeast corner of Lombard & Pacific, the Carl Gipson Center is a membership-based community that serves seniors (age 50+), veterans, individuals with disabilities, underserved communities, immigrants, youth, and families.– Seniors are welcome during all operating hours. Members under 50 years old are welcome to participate from 2:00-5:30PM, Monday through Thursday, and on Saturdays. The Carl Gipson Center is managed by Volunteers of America Western Washington. Compass Health
With its headquarters located on Broadway between 33rd and 34th Street, Compass Health is a regional, community-based healthcare agency, integrating behavioral health and medical care services to support clients and communities. The Broadway Campus includes Andy’s Place (an 82-unit supportive housing facility), and the Snohomish County Triage Center. Learn more
Esther’s Place
Located at 3705 Broadway, Esther's Place is a day resource center offering underserved women and children of Snohomish County a safe, warm place to get a hot shower, clean clothes, food, hygiene supplies, critical resources, and community. This Hoff Foundation Program is open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Learn more
Everett Gospel Mission
Located on Smith Ave just south of I-5, the Everett Gospel Mission has the only men’s shelter in the county and manages the 60-unit Shelter Project behind their facility. Learn more
HopeWorks Social Enterprises
An affiliate of Housing Hope, HopeWorks creates and operates the social enterprise businesses: Kindred Kitchen, Ground Works Landscaping, Tomorrow's Hope Child Development Center, and Renew Home & Decor. These businesses are designed to provide learning and hands-on job training for families experiencing and at risk of homelessness residing in low-income housing. Located at 3315 & 3331 Broadway. Housing Hope
Housing Hope owns and operates 541 affordable units at 23 locations throughout Snohomish County and has helped 328 households attain homeownership through their sweat equity Team HomeBuilding program. Housing Hope built and manages Station Place, a 65-unit apartment complex for low-income and formerly homeless individuals located at 3309 Broadway. Learn more
Kaiser Permanente
Kaiser Permanente, a nonprofit healthcare provider, is expanding its Everett Medical Center located at 2930 Maple St by 165,000 square-feet to include primary and specialty care, surgical services, an ambulatory surgery center, 24/7 urgent care, imaging, lab, and pharmacy services. Learn more
Pioneer Health Services at the Carnegie Resource Center
Located on the southeast corner of Wall & Lombard Streets, the Carnegie Resource Center operates as a hub for individuals from across Snohomish County, providing them with the opportunity to seek and become connected to community services including housing, mental health and substance use treatment. Pioneer Health Services manages the Center, offering onsite appointments to complete applications and assessments, communicating important information about services, and giving members of our community a place to enrich themselves and their families. Headquartered on the northwest corner of 32nd St & McDougall Ave, United Way of Snohomish County supports community collaboratives that focus on the needs of young children (0-8 years, including prenatal) and their families with very to extremely low-income. Learn more
Social Security Administration
The Social Security Administration has an office at Broadway & 38th Ave where individuals can: apply for retirement benefits, disability supplemental security income (SSI), and Medicare; get help with Medicare prescriptions; replace a Medicare card; and obtain or replace social security card. WorkSource Snohomish
Located within Everett Station, WorkSource Snohomish’s Everett Center assists individuals in applying and preparing for jobs. The WorkSource Center is operated by Workforce Snohomish.
YMCA of Snohomish County
Headquartered within United Way’s building at 32nd St & McDougall Ave, YMCA of Snohomish County operates eight community, childcare, and physical activity centers across the county, as well as a Big Brothers, Big Sisters Program. Learn more
